Accessibility Statement
Pension "Zur alten Mühle" is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG) BGBl. I. No. 59/2019 as amended and the Tyrolean Anti-Discrimination Act (TADG) for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on barrier-free access to websites and mobile applications.
This accessibility statement applies to the website www.alte-muehle-soelden.com.
Status of compliance with the requirements
This website is partially compliant with conformity level AA of the "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG 2.1" or with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) according to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council due to the following incompatibilities or exceptions.
The Following Areas are Currently not Generally Accessible:
- a) Incompatibility with accessibility regulations
Some images lack alternative text, so this information is not accessible to screen reader users. This means that WCAG success criterion 1.1.1 (non-text content) is not met. We plan to add alternative texts to all images.
Some web pages contain links with identical link text that lead to different destinations. This means that WCAG success criterion 2.4.4 (link purpose in context) is not met. We plan to revise the link texts in the content of the affected web pages. - b) Disproportionate burden
We believe that remediation would constitute a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility provisions. - c) The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions
Predominantly older PDF documents from third parties that are not within the sphere of influence of Pension "Zur alten Mühle" are not accessible. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility with accessibility regulations for this third-party content. For example, PDF documents are not tagged, so they cannot be adequately captured and used by screen reader users. This means that WCAG success criterion 4.1.2 (name, role, value) is not met. For new documents, we strive to prepare them in an accessible manner in accordance with WCAG 2.0 and PDF/UA before publication.
Despite our efforts, completely barrier-free access is unfortunately not always possible. Please let us know if you require desired content in an accessible format. We will then try to provide you with this content in a suitable form or by other means. Our contact details can be found below under "Feedback and Contact".

Enforcement Procedure
If the answers from the above-mentioned contact option are not satisfactory, you can submit a complaint to the complaints office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency with limited liability or to the anti-discrimination officer of the State of Tyrol.
Complaints will be reviewed by the anti-discrimination officer to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act or the Tyrolean Anti-Discrimination Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements. If the complaint is justified, the anti-discrimination officer must issue recommendations for action to the legal entity concerned and propose measures to remedy the existing deficiencies.
