In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship in accordance with federal tax code be stored until the expiry of the taxable storage period of seven years. In addition, the accommodation company is obligated under §10 Reporting Act to maintain a guest directory which retention obligation comprises seven years.

The data name, address and travel data are also stored. Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.
